Really unprofessional Really unprofessional. When I stated I was going to pass on their finance, Taylor became rude and unprofessional. Putting things in caps really comes across as rude in text and honestly the reason a service is refused is not something that has to be disclosed. If he cannot accept that someone is just not interested, then maybe a role in customer service is not for him.

Good experience Overall, our experience was good. In the beginning, communication was very poor and we were hit by the fear of "We just gave all our financial information to someone we don't know and now they won't return our calls!" But, soon we were connected with a much more attentive rep that was great walking us through the process. We did have LOTS of hiccups of getting a notary out to do the signing, but don't think that was SYOM's issue. Overall, we would recommend.

I worked with Paul Kim to do a cash out… I worked with Paul Kim to do a cash out refi and was amazed by how easy he made the process. I had gone through the same process a few years back and it was a huge headache to say the least. Paul was very clear, concise, and very easy to understand.
