I'd go 4.5 stars if available I'd go 4.5 stars if available. I'm retired from mtg business (real estate appraiser) and everything went as expected. Even fees, which are admittedly complex, were within a few dollars of what was projected; that's hard to do.

Horrible experience Every aspect of this refinance was a mess. The communication was very poor. Documents were sent with mixed up information, the interest rates weren’t what was quoted, the appraisal company made an error, the title company never requested my funds for wire transfer, calls went unanswered. The service and company were abysmal. I will never do business with SYOM again, nor will I do business with an online Mortgage company. This experience left a stain on the business.
