Shipping is not covered They allow for returns, but won't make accommodations for shipping, even when the cost of shipping exceeds the price of the item itself.

Horrible Horrible, they have no customer service to contact. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner so then your VERY short return window is denied. They do not cover shipping cost because it exceeds the refund price so the entire thing is a scam.

I ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds… I ordered a fitbit on goodwillfinds that was covered by Seel Return Assurance. I was dissatisfied with the watch for several reasons so returned it to Seel after starting the return process with them. Issue 1: After a day or two, I checked the tracking number on UPS and it said they were unable to deliver it to them because there wasn't a safe place for them to put it. What? How is that possible? This is a return facility. UPS gave an option of redelivery or have Seel pick it up. I emailed Seel asking what should be done and never received a response back. I later received an email confirmation they received the item. Issue 2: They emailed me asking if this was a used item because it was missing something. My response was "Yes, that's one of the several reasons I returned it." And yes, it's used...it's goodwill. Issue 3: They emailed me back stating they didn't cover returns of damaged/incorrect/defective items. What? That is basically the only reason I paid an extra $5 for the return assurance. This is BS. Issue 4. Now they want me to send them a return label so they can return the watch to me and that I need to work with goodwill in order to resolve this. Also BS. Summary: Seel is a worthless place of business and a scam in my opinion. Don't pay the extra money for the "return assurance".

I ordered some boots on Facebook I ordered some boots on Facebook, insured by this company. Never got shipping or tracking notice nor did the boots ever show up. Contacted this company, now known as Cass & Seel. They claim they refunded to my PayPal but there are no transactions on my PayPal or credit card. They are definitely part of the scam!

I DO NOT. Recommend this company I purchased shipping protection when buying first time from a website shipping from overseas. A good idea in theory so when item arrived part of it was missing. I contacted seller and they said they shipped it and it must have been lost in transit. Seel claims they covered lost items which this clearly is as it was shipped and between them and me it was lost. Seel denied my request with a short email saying I cannot prove that someone took it. Haha what the heck is this? I’m a buyer who bought insurance to protect me from this type of thing. It’s definitely a scam and I do not recommend using this company at all for any insurance needs.
