GBI had an extremely disappointing… I had an extremely disappointing experience with SEEL.com. I purchased an item from Shopping Simmon and decided to purchase return insurance offered by SEEL.com to guarantee my peace of mind. However, when I needed to return the item, I faced a real saga to get my money back. It has been four months since I contacted SEEL.com to request a refund, and so far I have not received any satisfactory feedback. They already have the item in their possession, but they continue to ignore my attempts to contact me and do not refund the amount paid. This lack of accountability and transparency on the part of SEEL.com is unacceptable. Not only did they renege on their promise to offer a returns insurance service, they also showed complete disregard for consumer rights.

GBThey were to protect a shipment of shirts They were to protect a shipment of shirts from Rose dress Lily. I never received the package and Seel is asking for weird documentation that I don't have. I think this is a scam company as well as Rose Dress Lily.

GBTERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!! I sent back 2 of 4 items I didn’t want to keep. They approved it. It was sent within the 7 days time frame. I did my own UPS for delivery and have proof. They sent me an email that they rejected it cause it wasn’t within the timeframe which is absolutely NOT TRUE!! They have my items, I paid to ship back and now out the dollars for the items and the shipping. This is supposed to be a guaranteed return if done by their rules of which I also had to pay extra for that as well! Now they are ignoring me. Such a SCAM!! will take action with my credit card at this point. If they comply with my refund then I’ll remove this review!

GBSeel Return Assurance Ordered a dress that was final sale and not returnable but got Seel Return Assurance. Ended up returning the dress within the allotted window and received follow up emails every step of the way. Refunded via venmo.

GBThis may be the worst customer… This may be the worst customer experience I have ever received. They would not let me return an item that did not match the description on the website because it was hours after the 7 day cutoff, which I was out of town for the entirety of due to the unfortunate delayed delivery of the item purchased. Their rep was downright mean, refused to directly answer questions, and each painfully slow response just reiterated their return policy. 7 days, and not a minute over. Got it. I’ll never pay for this awful service again. If you get assigned to Cass, just give up. Her nonsensical responses will make you want to bang your head against a wall. I give the whole operation 0 out of 5 stars.
