GBI invested over a quarter million… I invested over a quarter million dollars on Crowdstreet , but I stopped giving them my money. Most deals are either modified drastically from the original terms or stuck in limbo without much investor updates. On most of their forums, I see investors clamoring for some sort of updates, but Crowdstreet is completely silent and absent. And regardless of whether you make any money or not, Crowdstreet does get paid very generous fees by the project sponsors.

GBCS brings many deals to the public CS brings many deals to the public, from many companies. You can invest in company A and may wait a while until another opportunity presents itself on their platform. NO WHERE does CS state your ability down the road to invest directly with Company A in a completely different venture will be blocked by CS!! This is wrong on so many levels. Greedy? Maybe. Deceitful? No doubt. Someone you want to do business with? Hell NO.

GBsponsors should be required to report quarterly. i own 10 projects over the past year. After a learning curve the process improved. The moderators of the webinars need to dress and present as more professional and business oriented. The sponsors are mostly poor at even quarterly updates. I have found them to be responsive to questions but seems crazy that they need to answer similar questions repeatedly when more regular reports would solve the problem.

GBWatch out we have Invested in Multiple offering. Last one they brought OC-Ventures.com for XChicago student Housing who is Fraudulent, Could not close Deal, and refuses to Refund money back since August 2022. Crowdstreet of No help even though they didn't do due diligence and brought them to platform. No phone number for customer service, when you write email, They reply but don't answer your questions. One has to take legal action on Crowdstreet and sponsor. As long as everything goes o.k. you are ok, but when things go wrong , you are on your own . NO HELP FROM CROWDSTREET. They are in for their 2 % every year from your investment. I would give 0 star, If there was choice. Remember This is not about Investment went sour due to real estate market, This is simple Fraud, Investors money taken on crowdstreet platform, No Investment done and No refund.

GBEarly on it Was Good, But Now Lacks Customer Service Early on, I really liked Crowdstreet. I think they grew a little too fast and customer service took a nose dive. It became too difficult to get into investments that I liked and several deals were not well vetted and the operators failed to perform or even provide basic accounting and Crowdstreet did very little to assist the investor. They never seemed to care about the investors, just making their cut of the deals. After investing just over a million dollars through Crowdsteet, I stopped even looking there for deals and now invest elsewhere.
