Early on it Was Good, But Now Lacks Customer Service Early on, I really liked Crowdstreet. I think they grew a little too fast and customer service took a nose dive. It became too difficult to get into investments that I liked and several deals were not well vetted and the operators failed to perform or even provide basic accounting and Crowdstreet did very little to assist the investor. They never seemed to care about the investors, just making their cut of the deals. After investing just over a million dollars through Crowdsteet, I stopped even looking there for deals and now invest elsewhere.

Please do not invest with CS Please do not invest with CS, they look to me completely broke. Please do not invest with CS. I am trying to login my account and cannot for more than one week. Nobody is returning the phone or email address. I am locked out my account during the tax period for more than 10 day . Do not invest with them, they are broke financially.

Most things are done well Most things are done well, still a little too much time between approval of each step, especially funding. Very disappointed in Crowdsteet Blended Portfolio II. 1) K-1's for my 20 individual CRE investments are to me by April 15th, the portfolio should not take til September 15th. 2) Before investing, investors were told we would not have to file individual state K1s then after you had our money you reversed on that. I NEVER would have invested knowing I would have to file up to 20 state K1s. Very upset about this.

Crowdstreet had inadequate diligence… Crowdstreet had inadequate diligence procedures in place when they started off, resulting in at least one inept sponsor listing on their platform. That sponsor is Tapestry which is in the senior housing business. A number of their ventures have gone south and they came up with various excuses other than the real reason - they didn't know what they were doing. On top of that they have recently gone radio silent. I will never again invest in anything on this platform.

After monitoring crowdstreet deals for… After monitoring crowdstreet deals for a least a few years, I have found good deals far and few between, and when I find a deal it becomes oversubscribed quickly, and then you are waitlisted. This gives you very little time to fill out documents, especially if your trying to get verification. I completely agree with the other review - THERE IS NO DEFINED TIME TO GET YOUR DOCUMENTS IN. There should be at least 24 hours. This promotes good will, good business sense, and repeat business even though it may cost crowdstreet a little in the short run.
