I invested over a quarter million… I invested over a quarter million dollars on Crowdstreet , but I stopped giving them my money. Most deals are either modified drastically from the original terms or stuck in limbo without much investor updates. On most of their forums, I see investors clamoring for some sort of updates, but Crowdstreet is completely silent and absent. And regardless of whether you make any money or not, Crowdstreet does get paid very generous fees by the project sponsors.

Not so fast with Crowdstreet investing Some of their proven sponsors are failing clients. We lost $10K with a very proven sponsor and we can blame that on COVID if we want to. They lack solid management and direction it appears to me. Just my personal experiences and I have roughly $4 million is RE equites. I believe other investors will be losing money as well right now with “proven” sponsors due to headwinds we are facing in the economy. The RE deals just are not attractive and CS as a company seemingly lacks direction to pivot and face these challenges. This platform is not as shiny as one may believe and I own 100 doors on my own. I found another group called SNS capital who is not on CS or any other site who seems more prudent and disciplined and I have enjoyed the investment. My advice is to be wary looking to the future of the CS site.

Offers look good but Horrible customer service. I usually invest on RealtyMogul platform and whenever I needed them I could always reach my advisor. Then I thought I should research other platforms and came across Crowdstreet. Really liked their offerings committed on 2 properties. Did verify with them as accredited investor. BUT I COULD NOT TRANSFER FUNDS AS INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR. Tried reaching crowdstreet customer service by phone email chat . No one calls back even always leave a voice mail. Then we were very concerned and decided to back off . If they don’t provide CS to a potential customer how can I expect them to take my call if my investment is in trouble?

I’ve had mixed success with crowd… I’ve had mixed success with crowd street. , Federal self storage and rreaf holdings are very good sponsors that pay over 12-15 pct yearly. However the other 4 I invested in are horrible. All these other people on here complaining about lack of customer service is dead right. They ghost you once they have your money. Even the sponsors won’t call you back. I would stay away from this crowdfunding site. I will say both fundrise and realty mogul will pay you and return your calls. Those are both way better companies.

Please do not invest with CS Please do not invest with CS, they look to me completely broke. Please do not invest with CS. I am trying to login my account and cannot for more than one week. Nobody is returning the phone or email address. I am locked out my account during the tax period for more than 10 day . Do not invest with them, they are broke financially.
