GBWorst Customer service ever Worst Customer service ever. Did a rollover from my previous employer. It has been weeks and it has not cleared, no status update. When you call you have to wait for almost one (1) hour to reach someone.

GBI cannot get my money from them I cannot get my money from them. Not sure if they scammed our company or not but do not give them $$$. I cannot get them to give me an answer and I made a distribution request 3 months ago. They give the answers such as it is being review!?! Stay away as I feel as they have stolen over $457,000 from our employees. Plus, you will rarely get a response.

GBIf I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars i would. Nothing but problems from this service. Slow processing of funds and contributions, and even slower for customer support: they take 3 weeks to a month to work on any of your requests. 2 weeks to get an answer on if I can get a distribution, a week and half for that issue to be solved after, and now 2 weeks and counting on waiting for my money. I've wasted a month doing what Guideline does for you in a day. If your employer uses Human Interest, I would sign up with a different service. Terrible experience would not recommend.
