GBThis company is not competent This company is not competent. 401k administration has to be the lowest-value, simplest business on the planet, but these people can't manage to run a functional website, manage basic security, or even complete the most basic functions, like generating and sending regular statements. Human Interest is a joke. I honestly don't believe my funds are safe with this company. They way they manage OTP verification is ludicrous.

GBSigned up with Human Interest a month… Signed up with Human Interest a month ago, and contributions are still not processed. I've reached out to customer service several times. They take days/weeks to respond. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Ridiculously slow!
