GBI recently had an issue with a work… I recently had an issue with a work order charge and I had a great experience with a lady named Hailee Vanderpool. Without going into the details Hailee solved my issue by getting my opinion of the situation and in a very objective professional manner the issue was resolved in my favor. This would not have happened without the help of Ms. Vanderpool. She restored my faith in honesty and professionalism. Thank you Hailee…. And to Progress …kuddos for having a professional like Ms.Vanderpool on your team. Sincerely, Laura (resident)

GBIf you could give no stars If you could give no stars, I would. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars to live in an unsafe, poorly put together, half @$$ “refinished” home. We’ve begged and pleaded for help to get out of our lease as we’ve dealt with neighbors pulling weapons on our 4 year old and their only response is “break the lease for $5k” “transfer to one of our homes for $400+ more a month but you’ll have to pay $4k before you can do it” or “get over it”. We’ve raised concern after concern, and because we resigned our lease, because the move out list will cost you $3k in “cleaning for the next residents” we CHOSE to stay here & be threatened everyday. You can not get out of a progress home without draining every dime you’ve ever made and they don’t care.

GBThey are absolute trash They are absolute trash! And am disgusted and ashamed I have moved into another home. However they are trying to say from my previous home that I owe fifteen hundred from Jan to Feb last bill of sewer, water and trash from one month. When it is there portion owed, I have case after case of when I stayed in the unit of an overcharged sewer bill of four hundred dollars. Austin Crumbly called the city and found out progressive owes it from leaving sprinkler system on. Now I can't get him to respond to email or call, then it's someone hiding behind a pastresidentdisputes For my money I will take legal action if they don't give my money, out of twenty three ninety five thousand deposit they pay me eight hundred and fifty seven and some change, my charges for home were only one hundred and fifteen, I paid my last utility bill of fifty four dollars in February which is when I moved, so I should receive around over fourteen hundred thousand. It's sad people have to go thru this, I'll never stay in another home of theirs after this nor will i recommend!!

GBThis company needs to be shut down. They… This company needs to be shut down. They are horrible...and then some. My home had mold all in it and it took them 8 months to figure this out and then gave me 9 days to move...which end up being 7 days b/c I came home from work and they had demolished the only bathroom and one bedroom. Now I am still waiting for my money since 4/11 and get the run around. That's just what they offered me to move out...they haven't even discussed my deposit. When you call the help line you get incompentent people who try to read a script. Or get told you can only email that department they don't have phones. And it's hours to speak to a supervisor that is also not very compentent.

GBRented a house/Need my security deposit. Rented a house; all funds paid in full. They never did a walk through inspection before move in or after I moved out. Upon my scheduled move in date the house was dirty. Construction blue tapes every where and cement on the floors. Garbage disposal did not work (workmen tried to fix several times to no avail), lights and socket on side of stove did not work. Closet has sheet racks that keeps falling off the wall (Worker left the shelves in the garage to return for it and I moved out and left it there). The back sliding door was not lockable; needed a new latch but it was never replaced. Walls were not properly painted and with visible spots all over. Garage door malfunctions and unable to close for hours on several occasions. Tile floors cracked and I watched as the cracks got bigger, during the summer time I have to spend a lot on pest control to get rid of ants that came up through the cracks. They double bill for utilities or have a community system where they add and divide the utilities. My water bill jumped from $74 to over $300 and no redress. They kept increasing the utilities and even though I paid my bills monthly every quarter it appeared that I was being billed again for payments already made. These people are the worst landlords I have every experienced. Run, Run as fast as you can. Now they are finding every reason in the world to not return by security deposit. Seeking legal advice.
