I placed the FF account into hidden mode and never logged in again. After a year I was charged for another year's subscription. FF said according to terms and conditions that's what they do. When checking my account setting the auto renewal was in "off". They absolutely refuse to refund my $149 for a service they know I am not using....total corporate greed in my opinion.

She exhibited a lot of patience through all my questions and lack of technology understanding in general. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and then some. She answered all of my questions and even threw in some tips on how better to handle my listing. Excellent customer service!!!!

Very uncaring and unwilling to help, will never use them again. I am disgusted with furnished finder. I chose to cancel my subscription or whatever you call it and of course they auto debited my account in the amount of 248.00 and told me that they had sent me emails informing me of the pending charge. I never received the emails, they are so uncooperative and so unwilling to help. I tried to cancel it but they make it impossible online to do so. They never refund no matter what. Do not use this service if you think you may need to cancel at any time and make sure you remove your auto debit feature from the website. The reps were so frustrating to talk to and they could care less about the customer. I will never use them again.

SCAM - Avoid these people! SCAM! I created a listing with this company, which I never used, I have had it deactivated for almost a year. Without my knowledge they renewed my listing for $347. They sent an email notifying me of the renewal, and I contacted immediately to ask for a refund. They claimed that they sent me a reminder of the renewal, they did not. The representatives were completely unhelpful and refused to let me speak to a manager. I am disputing with Visa, since I NEVER used their services and they have now charged $700 for their services. DO NOT USE THEM! Sneaky, shady company.
