When checking my account setting the auto renewal was in "off". They absolutely refuse to refund my $149 for a service they know I am not using....total corporate greed in my opinion.

Simpler, cheaper, more effective than Airbnb! As a landlord of a furnished space, I love being able to find medium-term tenants with less turnover. I can also make more money than renting my spaces out to long-term tenants with an unfurnished space. The website and user experience is honestly great and while it's not as flashy as Airbnb or VRBO, it's just as usable and totally worth it.

There is no way to delete your listing. Stay away from this service. I disputed the charge on my credit card because the company said there are no refunds, but they have no way to delete or stop auto charging.
