She exhibited a lot of patience through all my questions and lack of technology understanding in general. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and then some. GBVery uncaring and unwilling to help, will never use them again. I am disgusted with furnished finder. I chose to cancel my subscription or whatever you call it and of course they auto debited my account in the amount of 248.00 and told me that they had sent me emails informing me of the pending charge. I never received the emails, they are so uncooperative and so unwilling to help. I tried to cancel it but they make it impossible online to do so. They never refund no matter what. Do not use this service if you think you may need to cancel at any time and make sure you remove your auto debit feature from the website. The reps were so frustrating to talk to and they could care less about the customer. I will never use them again.

ILWARNING WARNING: Furnishedfinder Rip-Off! Tried Furnishedfinder for a year, got NO traffic. Autopay kicked in, charged us ~$200 for a year of inactivity! Customer service offered NO cancellation or refund. Avoid this service!
