A letting agent who will ask you to… A letting agent who will ask you to transfer full deposit to secure a property before you sign a tenancy agreement which against the law in Scotland. The staff are very rude, unprofessional and arguing on the phone to keep your deposit until up to 28 days. I dealt with couples of letting agent in Scotland and none of them asked full deposit to secure a property. Their lack of communication is mental after transferring that full deposit to secure the property. Such a dodgy practice and pls avoid them at all costs.

The worst agency I’ve ever encountered The worst agency I’ve ever encountered. The manager and administrator are incredibly mean and rude. They asked for my company accounts for no reason. Firstly, I am not buying the property; I am letting it. Secondly, they should only ask for my self-assessment, not my company accounts. Especially David, he is an unprofessional and rude person. Please stay away from them. If you let the property from them, you will lose your money and your peace. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Worst letting agent - do not use I was emailed and asked to book a viewing for the property, which I did. Given a time and date of today at 10am. My poor partner spent over an hour trying to get to the property because of the roadworks, and when he got there no on answered. He was attending in my place as I currently supposed to be sleeping ( nightshift nurse). I phone and ask what's going on and get told, there is no bookings, even though it was the same gentlemen that booked me in at 10am. Incredibly poor service, if that's the poor management of a viewing I would hate to actually rent with them

NIGHTMARE!! NIGHTMARE!!! Very vulgar and aggressive in demanding viewings etc. Also threatened to escalate matters for a one time late rent (only 2 days late) . Also attempted to make tenants pay for living room repaint with their excuse "tenants used blu tack" which was proved by tenants that it existed before moving in. Also had to fight for deposit back and they wouldn't release saying a proof of Scottish Power balance payment isn't enough , just trying to make your life miserable. Zero respect for this agency. Awful, Never again!

Highly Recommend Adam and Kellie are not your usual high street managing agents. They have integrity and provide an affordable, practical and honest service. Adam and Kellie have been looking after my 3 rental properties for over 12 months. They have done a fantastic job of maintaining the flats, finding tenants and keeping them happy during these challenging times and they have taken a huge weight off my shoulders. They are flexible and open to working with a landlady/lord in the best way that suits them.
