One of the worst apartment experiences… One of the worst apartment experiences I have had. Management continually lied about expectations of ongoing construction projects which were carried out at noise levels above what is legally permitted. Some tenants were able to break their leases while others were asked to pay 2 months rent to move while construction continued for more than half the year. Simply appalling.

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! After living at Bell Fontaine for two years I can honestly say DO NOT RENT THERE or at any of Equity residential properties. They will rip you off and you’ll see it in your move out charges. They charged me to replace carpet that was under warranty and didn’t need to be replaced. They also charged me astronomical fees for cleaning and painting. There was no damage to anything in the unit, just simple wear and tear. Be prepared for them to raise your rent 10 percent every year and to retaliate against you for moving out by charging you unjust move out fees. You’ve been warned!

Bad experience with Equity Apartments Redmond - I stayed at Chelsea Square; their service is pathetic and their excuse is that they don't have few service personnel and will address emergency issues only. - They will skin you when you vacate. They've charged me over $800 after I vacated their apartment; charged around $500 for painting!!

Equity residential is the 3rd largest… Equity residential is the 3rd largest rental corporation in the country owned by Billionare Zelle who's a tyrant and a crook. They charge late fees even if you're on time there are 15 concurrent major law suits at any time. They never pay your deposit back and when you take them to small claims court they refuse to pay the judgement. Narcissist trump has bought their shares. If you see any rental research who owns it. If it's EQR RUN...

Satisfied Experience This is my second time I have rent a flat with the agent. Both experience are so smooth. The team very friendly and kind. They answer your enquiries really fast and take action as soon as possible. I had a lot of stress before I found a flat but as soon as I saw their advert I didn't hesitate to get in touch with them. If you work with them you won't be regret. As long as I live in their area I won't work with another agent. Thank you EQUITY!
