GBZERO benefits - Disgusting front office and care I recently visited my daughter and I was amazed at the horrid customer care. Packages consistently go missing, hallways and common areas are filthy. They market package lockers and you pay for this convenience in the rent, but the complex refuses to set them up so residents can utilize. The homeless camp in and around the building accessing units. The response from the apartment complex and the holding company was to lock doors and just suck up that packages get stolen. Unacceptable! Especially when you pay a premium for the "perks" described in the rental agreement. Disgusted and horrible customer care.

GBEnjoy living here Enjoy living here. Helpful staff. Panoramic view from rooftop deck, where there is a firepit, barbecue, as well as gardening bins available to rent. Grocery store a block away. Perfect location for those who prefer using public transportation to get downtown, University of Washington, Green Lake, and Magnuson Park. A few blocks away from future (2021) Link station that will have trains going directly to SeaTac.

GBLarge corporations don’t care about the little man They are a large corporation and take advantage of their tenants. From the outside things look nice and they do hire nice front desk staff, but that’s where it ends. Some of the issues I have had are heat breaking in the middle of the coldest night of the year, elevators never work (make sure to add an extra 10 minutes to your commute), they add water/sewer/boiler as extra limes in your monthly bill, 8%+ of renewal rates and mess with you for months that they are trying to reduce it for you but don’t. You could do worse, because the staff and online portal are ok, so they get a 1* for that.

GBBad experience with Equity Apartments Redmond - I stayed at Chelsea Square; their service is pathetic and their excuse is that they don't have few service personnel and will address emergency issues only. - They will skin you when you vacate. They've charged me over $800 after I vacated their apartment; charged around $500 for painting!!

GBCharging me an insane amount of money… Charging me an insane amount of money for rent, then they closed ALL of the amenities even though it is not required by law. They are now refusing to negotiate a rent concession even though my rent is $3,500 and I have no access to any outdoor spaces or the gym that I PAID FOR! To break my lease, which I just re-signed on March 1st not expecting to have ZERO amenities, they are going to charge me $7,000. Remember, tenants, WE HAVE LEGAL OPTIONS!
