GBThe entire process was very Smooth!! The entire process was very smooth! Whenever we had questions, Perly was very patient and helpful! Our leasing support Pasquale was also super nice and quick to respond!! Our overall experience has been nothing short of great!! The information that Great Jones provided upfront online was extremely transparent and allows you to be fully aware of the approval criteria and process. My advice would be to make sure that you utilize the FAQ section on their website for any information. We are excited to move into our new rental!

GBProtect yourself! Protect yourself from this company who wants nothing but to scam people out of thousands of dollars. We are lucky to have a renters attorney on hand who is making suing them a breeze, but we know not everyone will have that gift. Our attorney says it is the easiest job in the world to form a case against them because all of their documents and rules show that they are oblivious to SC renting laws. Looking forward to seeing them pay the consequences of trying to scam innocent people.

GBI put in a application for a house in… I put in a application for a house in North Carolina soon as the house became available to apply for on Saturday. I called Monday no answer then Tuesday. Someone finally answered Tuesday, they told me the house was no longer available because another applicant was approved before me. It hasn’t been 2 whole business days so I’m trying to understand how someone get approved and leasing in less then 1 business day. The house just became available Saturday and they don’t process applications over the weekend so how is someone leasing already. Smh

GBNot horrible Communication went well initially and the process overall was not bad. I gave 3 stars because I feel as if I was rushed into the property. There were some pretty big issues upon moving in that should have been noticed and fixed prior, had a proper inspection been conducted. They did work with me, though on getting those issues fixed.

GBProperty never got rented and no sign of deposit refund My property didn't get rented and turns out they hadn't progressed the basics on their end for months. I lost 2 months worth of rent while they kept assuring me they were working on it. I wisely decided to cancel their services and have been waiting several weeks for them to refund my deposit of close to $1,000. They stopped replying to emails about the deposit. Currently seeking legal action. Meanwhile, another property management company got it rented in 1 week.
