DO NOT RENT WITH LEXADON If I could give a negative star rating I would. Lexadon is an absolute joke of a professional company, charging extortionate prices yet the employees can’t seem to understand the basic concepts of building management. They will try and steal your money at every opportunity and will happily let you pay rent to live in damp, squalid conditions. And if they send builders round you can guarantee a completely separate part of your flat will be broken by the time the builders are gone (eg come to fix a window and break the toilet off the wall), and your flat will be a filthy mess. Do yourselves a favour and rent elsewhere.

Issues from the first day of moving in Issues from the first day of moving in. No professional clean as stated, light bulbs out in all rooms, broken extractor fan in bathroom, broken heated flooring, filthy windows and rubbish in draws. We have been living in the flat for 7 months now and still nothing has been sorted. We have been passed from person to person, had emails ignored, and consistently struggled to get a response. I have called several times but anyone I'm trying to contact has conveniently 'just gone into a meeting'. This is an awful company, and its common knowledge across the building that Lexadon are awful landlords. I mentioned to them that we would withhold rent until issues were sorted, and they replied almost instantly, threatening us that we would be going against our contract, and subsequently evicted. DO NOT RENT A LEXADON PROPERTY.

Brixton Flat - Poor Landlord Hello, Lexadon were attentive to our requests at the beginning, they acknowledged that the flat was untidy in parts and organised for a cleaner to come round. This was appreciated. However, soon after we started to realise that Lexadon were extremely slow to respond to maintenance issues. We moved into the property in March and the extractor fan and light were bust, we officially reported the issue in April and 2/3 months later the issue still hasn't been addressed. No communication at all. We had to call them to find out that their maintenance employee had left the company. Having spoken to neighbours and reading reviews here, it's clear Lexadon are very poor at addressing maintenance issues which fall under their responsibility. The most concerning is that we promptly reported an urgent issue with both doors being unlocked/broken which left us vulnerable to theft or potential break ins. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing was communicated to us to reassure us that this issue was being taken seriously. Responses like 'Have you reported it on fixflo'. The whole attitude was cavalier to say the least. Sadly, my flatmate had his bike stolen, and make no mistake this was as a result of the broken doors. Anyone, could walk into our property. Over the time period, people will have noticed that the doors were broken. We share bike storage with Rum Kitchen. People would have eyed up my housemate's nice bike which had a D lock on it. It was cut through. We emailed Lexadon and now they finally seem to be acknowledging the urgency of the issue. A bit late for that, and so far refuse to accept any responsibility for the theft. To be seen. Avoid Lexadon if you want a landlord to care about its tenants. Thanks

Sewage Issues Sewage Issues Currently their building at 208 Long Lane has a waste down pipe disconnected from the building. It is pouring out foul drainage all down the side of the building and onto neighbouring car park. They have been notified and not willing to take immediate action. As a neighbour to one of their building I can safely say the maintenance of the building is poor at best. Their attitude to fixing serious issues is clearly the same. I would think twice before renting one of their properties.
