Sewage Issues Sewage Issues Currently their building at 208 Long Lane has a waste down pipe disconnected from the building. It is pouring out foul drainage all down the side of the building and onto neighbouring car park. They have been notified and not willing to take immediate action. As a neighbour to one of their building I can safely say the maintenance of the building is poor at best. Their attitude to fixing serious issues is clearly the same. I would think twice before renting one of their properties.

Horrendous. Horrendous. Repeated failure to fix anything in the property including a ceiling which was left to leak for weeks. Left projects part constructed for months. Would ignore emails consistently. Attempted to overcharge us for multiple repairs. Would not treat damp/mould in the property causing a tenant to develop asthma. Only treated the damage once a formal note from a GP was sent over. Do not under any circumstances use this company. *In response to Lexadon* The issues were brought to your attention multiple times. In order for my experience to be 'verified' by Trustpilot, I had to provide evidence that what I'm saying was true. I was able to, hence the verification. Regarding the overcharging; the original charge which your employees fabricated was c.£2400 for a door and three fence panels. After endless querying and you company's failure to show what we were actually paying for, it was brought down to £600. If that isn't over charging I don't know what is. Furthermore, in your reply, you have failed to acknowledge anything regarding the 'part constructed projects' and asthma inducing mould. I'm therefore assuming that is something your company is taking responsibility for.

Rude staff, poor repairs - terrible company all round Rude, dismissive staff who rarely respond to emails in a timely manner or address the issues you raise. Frequently increase rent but extortionate amounts without justification. Repairs are shoddy and poorly done, flats are single glazed with minimal insulation. The worst

Awful estate agents Awful estate agents to work with. Literally dangle your deposit in front of your nose and awfully rude staff. Just moved out of the property and would highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs. I have been renting for around 20 years and never had any bad experiences like i did with this company. We even got reminded that if we didn't leave the flat in the same state that we found it we would be charged...the place was disgusting and even a very inappropriate toy under one of the beds, despite being advised it had been professionally cleaned twice. Rhea is very argumentative as are all the staff. AVOID at all costs. Would not want anybody to fall victim to them!!

DO NOT RENT - BIKE STOLEN FROM INSIDE PROPERTY DUE TO REFUSAL TO FIX FRONT DOOR After multiple requests to fix the front doors to our porch and flats which have been broken for a couple of months, Lexadon has failed their duty to do so. My flatmate and I have notified Lexadon and they should have repaired the door urgently in accordance with their duty as a landlord. My road-bike has been stolen as a consequence of the open doors with a saw through a D lock that was easily accessible to any passer by due to the broken door. This should have been treated as a matter of urgency and was ignored and the Door is STILL UNLOCKED. There has been limited communication after calls and emails and they have not yet checked the CCTV. This poor level of service and lack of care for the tenants possessions and safety has led me to write this review.
