GBSo wrong!!!!! I would like to know how a place I inquired about within hours of it posting and receiving emails from the person that’s going to show me the property then after I answer that person back I’m immediately told it’s no longer on the market and that my message to them replaying that I would meet them the next day to see property gets sent to that persons achieves? I’m very unhappy right now. So someone somewhere got their lines crossed and I would like an explanation!

GBBE WEARY ZUMPER had home for rent in Central Florida. Set up request for showing with Property Management company on site. I get response next day from 216-245-3163 Ricardo . Very difficult to understand his English. He instructs us to go to the house- no one there to greet us. Lock boxes at the door he can not provide proper code. he tells us to go to back door is open gate to back was locked . called property mgmt company ( national) that subs it out to different property management company local next day. They said its a scam home owned by large investment firm . MY question is how did the con artist get my phone number in this process

CAFinally attended to persistent blacklisting issues. After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.

CAZumper blocked me out of my account for… Zumper blocked me out of my account for no reason. I have booked a showing with an individual for today, now I can't even get back to my account to reply to her. It at first delisted one of my listings, I was worried that someone has access to my account. So I changed the password, then I can't login to my account and the reset password link never sent to my email even I requested several times. I have been a top contributor to the company, always have good listings on Zumper, provided the best viewing experiences in Toronto. Im confident that Im one of the reason why renters use Zumper and trust it. I used to deactivate my listings, not completely deleting them from the site. Then I got calls from developers or realtors that they want to buy the properties Im managing. Im not sure if Zumper blocking my account because they can't sell my data to others anymore. Beware, I don't believe we can trust Zumper anymore.
