GBDO NOT USE THE WEBSITE! I had a tenant go through the screening process and next day my tenant had $10,000 stolen from their bank account. Someone within the company is stealing information and money! There is no phone number of emergency way to contact the company.

GBI like how Zumpers portal is set up I like how Zumpers portal is set up. I was looking for vacation rentals. Did not have an issue with filtering or finding places to pretty much anywhere in the country. When I narrow down my choice, I will be looking at Zumper.

GBSTRONGLY encourage, Do NOT USE I STRONGLY encourage anyone on the site to be hyper-diligent!! It's filled with scammers, it's really sad. I was a victim. If rent appears too good to be true, ex. 3 or 4 bedroom house for $1,025, Google the house address to see if it's for sale or rent anywhere else. Real realtors post on many other sites. If the prices don't match on Zumper then you have your answer.

CAFinally attended to persistent blacklisting issues. After almost a year, having my full ID/photo and Property Tax doc (which I am not happy about to hand over), Zumper finally did restore my account after some back and forth. I was locked out again, but they fixed it within hours this time. Thus, I amended my rating higher. Thank you Zumper for following up and finally resolving the issue.
