Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!

GBAMAZING SERVICE, Stands by their product I am THRILLED with Paw.com. My orthopedic dog bed is amazing, but to wash it, you have to take it apart and unstuff the side rails. The material that holds the stuffing was taking a beating after washing it a few times so I was looking to buy a replacement stuffing, but the company sent me a whole new bed to make up for the defect despite my owning the bed for about 2 years. Amazing experience and highly rated!

GBREAD THE FINE PRINT!!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.
