I have emailed them a dozen times about… I have emailed them a dozen times about an item I purchased. I have yet to receive a reply. I am currently thinking they created this company thinking it was a passive income stream but not realizing that they would need to be involved for customer satisfaction. I won’t buy from them again.

MY Appreciation Dear All: I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws... I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort. I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful. Try Paw.com out, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! Great experience with customer service!! Had a great experience with customer service at paw.com! Ordered a product and when I checked my order, I realized I ordered the wrong color. Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!

READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!! READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does not allow you to return anything. If you open the package, you cannot return it--even if you decide the product is sub-standard. I ordered a large throw for my dogs. I opened the package and realized that it was not what I expected. You cannot tell anything about the product unless you open the package! Within minutes after receiving it, I went online to start a return and found they don't accept returns if you open the package! How does one know what they are getting if they don't open the package? In fact, the product is packaged in a way so you can only tell what it's like by opening it. At that time, I went to sites like Trustpilot and saw their horrible reviews. (The reviews on their site must be fake) I'm stuck with this awful throw, which I will wash numerous times and donate to a shelter. Make sure to avoid the same mistake.

They never sent product stated there… They never sent product stated there confusion with my order states sent it out right away still never received it called 1800 number no one answers. I will never do business again with this company they are thieves. Don't order anything from this company. They asked if I want to update I did get refund. Still won't use this company.
