GBPurchased a dog bed Purchased a bed, kept checking tracking showing not dispatched, contacted company, message back from Reno Mascorin, saying being processed. Then site email disappeared, no more messages, but month later another payment pending from my account for another similar named site, bank said a link had been clicked and a direct debit had been arranged ?, bank very helpful check your accounts. No dogs bed.

GBGreat experience with customer service!! Had a great experience with customer service at paw.com! Ordered a product and when I checked my order, I realized I ordered the wrong color. Sent Paw an email and response was within 15 minutes! They were able to change the color! Feeling really excited about getting the product!!

GBProduct is off measurement, smells of chemicals 60 x 80 is more like 55 x 75 inches which is disappointing. Smells very much of chemicals, so much i wouldn't let my dogs near it until washed THEN following the gentle and hang dry instructions left the mat incredibly clumpy and hair fell out. Do not recommend. Not even worth returning

GBI ordered a xl large bed and was… I ordered a xl large bed and was communicating with Reno Mascarin who assured me they were behind on orders and he would make sure I got my bed. That was over a month ago. The company is a scam. Website and number is disconnected and now I can’t get an email back from Reno Mascarin. I will never trust online dog companies that I’ve never heard of before again.

GBMY Appreciation Dear All: I have 7 PAW Beds and 5 waterproof Throws... I couldn't be happier with these PAW products, washable and comfortable. My SENIOR Golden TRescues who have been severly abused need this comfort. I had one issue which Ms. Faye took care of and for that I am truly grateful. Try Paw.com out, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!
