GBMy IRP experience Hi I’m KingKai, obviously I wanted to improve by taking the program, but thats not the entire reasoning. I wanted to take a chance on myself, to bet on myself with the odds against me. In doing that I joined the course and instantly fell in love with it. The classes, 1 on 1 sessions, and community all helped me throughout the course. What was big for me was the community, specifically Eiri helping me push through a rough 16 game losing streak where my mental was testing again and again. Also the coaches of IRP (Paul, Comet, Maru, evaD, and more) helping me see my own mistakes in 1 on 1 sessions were huge for my understanding of the game. If you’re interested and believe in your own work ethic, then this course is built for you.

GBOlder student now able to keep up - ty IRP! I joined IRP as an older student; I play primarily to connect with my stepson, who is something of an aim demon and was (key term) ranking up far faster than me. I knew I needed to make an investment to keep up, but didn’t know where to invest. I’m so glad I joined IRP. Since the end of the last episode, my K/D has gone up more than 25% and my win rate has skyrocketed to where I’m climbing solidly. The coaches were absolutely key in breaking down my game mechanics and identifying the critical areas I specifically needed to fix. Better still, they gave me a playbook and practice habits to keep improving long after the program is done. Beyond the tangible, the classes and community have helped me develop my mental; I went through a brutal losing streak and it felt like I had support everywhere I turned. And now I’m climbing. I feel that my ceiling has been removed and it’s only a matter of time before I catch up to my stepson. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful way to continue connecting with my kids. If you are willing to do the work, are strong/humble enough to listen to the best coaches in the business break down your game, and are willing to have a little fun with your classmates, this program is for you.

GBFor $1,500, you can get way more value IRP was about $1500 when my class joined. For $1500, you get classes (which apparently they think they have to clarify as "lessons and advanced lessons"), scrims, drills (basically server time practicing execs that'll never happen in your ranked games), and VOD reviews. Apprently they've added assessments now. If you go to Metafy, you can actually book one of IRP coaches for 50 HOURS of 1-on-1 for the same amount, and the value you'll get from 50 hours with evaD vs being in IRP is exponentially greater. The "guarantee" isn't a guarantee as most people don't hit their 6 divisions. I know of many that have been hardstuck for months with zero support from the coaches. Note that 90% they posted, they didn't clarify whether it happens within the timeframe, and they add a bunch of specific criteria so that they don't have to count a bunch of students who don't hit the guarantee. Also, you should ask if it's a money-back guarantee. It isn't ;) Community is good but can be toxic. When I asked a coach to ask someone to stop calling teammates r*tarded in scrims, they told me it was a cultural difference of EU vs NA, tf?!

GBWorth your time and money I started the IRP programme just switching over to PC and starting Valorant. And as someone who has played at a high level in other games I can honestly say IRP is a 10/10 if you are serious about improving your game. I placed bronze 2 and felt stuck when I interviewed and once I finished I ended up Plat 2 after 6 weeks. They utilised a multitude of different tools and methods to help suit you best and they really help you progress in ways many other coaching programmes don't by helping you identify how to get better by yourself and you are always welcome to message them anytime for help. They have some very qualified coaches with people who have started like me coming from console and climbing to radiant so they understand the struggle and common faults. I would definitely recommend IRP to anyone looking to seriously improve their game or push to make it to the pro scene.
