Started Plat 3 ended D2, but confident to hit Ascendant Enjoyed the 1on1 coaching the most, very easy to figure out what the problems are as an individual player. The notes from the VODs help and able to go back to and achieve these goals that are written down. Really helpful to identify these goals from the coaches and sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is going wrong. Even though I didn't hit the 5 rank up yet I’m confident I will hit it within some time. IRP gave me the tools to get to that point. Coaches do a great job and focusing on how we can fix these problems, coordinating in post plants as an example, using the scrims to really point that out and review it with coaches helped me a lot. Also being with like minded people and also higher elo players helps a lot in the learner process. The live coaching is also a fantastic way to ask questions about the relevant subjects. The drills are amazing to get reps on concepts core the game while being able to get feedback live.

What an amazing coaching program I started playing Valorant in September of lats year when I got my first pc and I instantly fell in love with the game. I played a lot of Call of Duty before I started playing Valorant because I only had a console. I always wanted to play CSGO and Val, but never could. I invested a lot of time into Call of Duty to try and go pro. The thing is I never loved the game. Now that I started playing the game I wanted to play I scoured the internet for help to improve in Valorant. I paid for Skilled Capped, but I asked for a refund because I was not happy with there coaching and service. BUT then I found IRP the coaching service I needed to make my way to pro easier because everything I needed to know to improve as a player and climb in ranked was giving to me in simple to understand, but amazing and informative classes. Every coach in IRP has unique insights and lessons to help you improve in every aspect of your gameplay. They provided me with personal routines to train my movement, aim, and utility usage. Taking you through the basics and fundamentals, all the way to niche situations and quirky ideas to run through with whichever agent you want to play with. All the coaches there are more than happy to share their knowledge and setups. They've changed me from a quiet bottom fragger, to a top-fragging igl. The amount of improvements you can see in yourself from IRP is extraordinary! If you asked me a month before I joined IRP that I'd be Platinum and KNOWING Diamond was not just a possibility but an eventuality for me, I'd say you're crazy. That's the power of IRP.

Worth your time and money I started the IRP programme just switching over to PC and starting Valorant. And as someone who has played at a high level in other games I can honestly say IRP is a 10/10 if you are serious about improving your game. I placed bronze 2 and felt stuck when I interviewed and once I finished I ended up Plat 2 after 6 weeks. They utilised a multitude of different tools and methods to help suit you best and they really help you progress in ways many other coaching programmes don't by helping you identify how to get better by yourself and you are always welcome to message them anytime for help. They have some very qualified coaches with people who have started like me coming from console and climbing to radiant so they understand the struggle and common faults. I would definitely recommend IRP to anyone looking to seriously improve their game or push to make it to the pro scene.

This program has all the tools you need to start improving I joined the program as Ascendant 1, with my current peak Ascendant 3. There are lots of great resources available to help you improve. They really do cover everything! If you're not sure where it is you're struggling, this program is for you. The coaching experience has been instrumental in my development. I liked being able to have 1 on 1 meetings with different coaches to find the best coach to fit my needs. Overall surrounding yourself with like minded individuals and participating in the community is the best way to improve.
