Older student now able to keep up - ty IRP! I joined IRP as an older student; I play primarily to connect with my stepson, who is something of an aim demon and was (key term) ranking up far faster than me. I knew I needed to make an investment to keep up, but didn’t know where to invest. I’m so glad I joined IRP. Since the end of the last episode, my K/D has gone up more than 25% and my win rate has skyrocketed to where I’m climbing solidly. The coaches were absolutely key in breaking down my game mechanics and identifying the critical areas I specifically needed to fix. Better still, they gave me a playbook and practice habits to keep improving long after the program is done. Beyond the tangible, the classes and community have helped me develop my mental; I went through a brutal losing streak and it felt like I had support everywhere I turned. And now I’m climbing. I feel that my ceiling has been removed and it’s only a matter of time before I catch up to my stepson. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful way to continue connecting with my kids. If you are willing to do the work, are strong/humble enough to listen to the best coaches in the business break down your game, and are willing to have a little fun with your classmates, this program is for you.

Helpful coaches, great community, fun games I’ve been in IRP for about a year, and I joined before I was competing for VCT GC. I started in low diamond, and now am consistently playing in ascendant lobbies. The coaches were VERY supportive in providing 1 on 1 feedback that was specific to my personal goals and needs to improve in my matches. They followed up with my progress after VOD reviews and were able to point out areas that needed improvement while also celebrating my wins with me. The community was very supportive and I made great friends where we can discuss about games and other topics as well. Overall really enjoyable experience, and even though I don’t play the game as much, I can always come back to the community and reach out if I needed help with game related questions

Lovely Experience! The community is super helpful, outstanding experience, (you would benefit more if u were NA cause most of the members are, so u would have much more fun). I reached immo from plat in 3 Months from the IRP it was amazing tbh. Lots of positive vibes. Recommended!

Started Plat 3 ended D2, but confident to hit Ascendant Enjoyed the 1on1 coaching the most, very easy to figure out what the problems are as an individual player. The notes from the VODs help and able to go back to and achieve these goals that are written down. Really helpful to identify these goals from the coaches and sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is going wrong. Even though I didn't hit the 5 rank up yet I’m confident I will hit it within some time. IRP gave me the tools to get to that point. Coaches do a great job and focusing on how we can fix these problems, coordinating in post plants as an example, using the scrims to really point that out and review it with coaches helped me a lot. Also being with like minded people and also higher elo players helps a lot in the learner process. The live coaching is also a fantastic way to ask questions about the relevant subjects. The drills are amazing to get reps on concepts core the game while being able to get feedback live.

This program has all the tools you need to start improving I joined the program as Ascendant 1, with my current peak Ascendant 3. There are lots of great resources available to help you improve. They really do cover everything! If you're not sure where it is you're struggling, this program is for you. The coaching experience has been instrumental in my development. I liked being able to have 1 on 1 meetings with different coaches to find the best coach to fit my needs. Overall surrounding yourself with like minded individuals and participating in the community is the best way to improve.
