Great Customer Service I received a phone call from Joanne today following up on my order yesterday. Joanne was kind and courteous and assisted me with my questions and issues. Her attention to detail made me a Pets Warehouse customer for life. Joanne made me feel important and understood my needs. With the plethora of pet stores and web sites available to purchase from, I only be purchasing from Pets Warehouse!

Ordered dog food Ordered dog food, was told no charge would be put on my credit card until shipment, no product received, they do not answer their phone, they do not respond to emails and do acknowledge the form on their website that I filled out. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. Very shady company.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt… Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times, sent request through website multiple times and have not received a call or email in anyway.

Pets Warehouse has been the most awful… Pets Warehouse has been the most awful retailer that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on August 19 and they immediately had a pending charge on my account for payment. Shortly after that I received two email updates that contradicted each other. After several weeks I finally got through to a person on the phone who apologized for the delay saying that it was a manufacturer delay. About a week and a half later I received another email stating exactly what she told me that it would be 3-15 days until they had the items. I have been trying to contact them ever since and have yet to receive an answer or reach a live person. I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company.

Brilliant company I have been using these for a year now I wouldn't use any other supplier. If there has been an issue it has been sorted immediately. Easy to contact extremely helpful and nothing is to much hassle for them. I would highly recommend and have done. This is a safe trustworthy company to use. Ian from customer service is brilliant nothing is to much hassle.
