GBPets Warehouse has been the most awful… Pets Warehouse has been the most awful retailer that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order on August 19 and they immediately had a pending charge on my account for payment. Shortly after that I received two email updates that contradicted each other. After several weeks I finally got through to a person on the phone who apologized for the delay saying that it was a manufacturer delay. About a week and a half later I received another email stating exactly what she told me that it would be 3-15 days until they had the items. I have been trying to contact them ever since and have yet to receive an answer or reach a live person. I will never do business with this company again and will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from this company.

GBWorst customer service ever Worst customer service ever. Tried many times to get answers. Joanne said she'd call back. Instead she left for the day. They don't answer email. I'd guess almost anyone else provides better customer service than they do. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a whole lot of grief!

GBOrdered dog food Ordered dog food, was told no charge would be put on my credit card until shipment, no product received, they do not answer their phone, they do not respond to emails and do acknowledge the form on their website that I filled out. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB. Very shady company.

GBgreat products and service great products. always ship on time. recently resolved a problem with FEDEX for the shipping of a perishable order. kind and responsible customer service.
