GBPWI hides behind vague language of… In my opinion, PWI hides behind vague language of contrast to avoid paying claims and then on covered claims pays much less than service shop charges leaving you with significant out of pocket costs. Very disappointed.

GBThe woman I spoke with was fantastic The woman I spoke with was fantastic, sympathetic, kind, friendly and so on. She listened to me when I cried on the phone when I found out that Bertera Subaru in West Springfield Massachusetts lied to me about preferred warranties not covering any repairs on my vehicle. She had a lot of empathy. She even helped get that dealership off the list of repair shops. Unfortunately I didn't get to really use preferred warranties cause my time will be up soon. Thank you to that sweet woman I spoke with.
