GBI must assert that Preferred Warranties… I must assert that Preferred Warranties merits a rating no higher than one star. Despite my enrollment in their powertrain plan, they have egregiously failed to provide any financial coverage when needed. Additionally, their lack of formal communication regarding this issue is unacceptable. I strongly advise against placing any trust in their services.Update : They called me after my review and only told me this is still declined. PWI is completely SCAM !

GBFrom the start of my claim with the… From the start of my claim with the Customer Care Department to picking up my car at Fleetwood Auto Service when repairs were completed,my claim went so smoothly! I started my claim and was directed to a shop in my area. I was called by Chris at the shop and given the details on repairs and he said PWI was he easiest company to work. Steve approved my claim in one call. All was easy peasey and my warranty almost paid for itself on one repair and I have many miles and years remaining before it expires. So happy to have the extended coverage. Provides peace of mind when buying a used car! Thanks PWI!

GBFrom a service writer's standpoint From a service writer's standpoint this is by far the best warranty company to work with. They are fast and friendly. Also unlike most warranty companies, with PWI I don't feel like I am talking to lawyers trying to trip me up so they don't have to cover something on our customers vehicles!

GBDisappointed that the customer had to… Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap. Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.
