Disappointed that the customer had to… Disappointed that the customer had to pay $350 for us to remove a valve cover to "prove" that the engine was not sludged, we could see that through the oil fill cap. Otherwise customer service personel were very helpful and answers wre prompt.

Definitely recommend Was very easy to start my claim, they communicated with my service provider in a timely manner and completely knowledgeable. They payed for what was under warranty per contract. The adjuster was very explanatory on the warranty. Would definitely recommend them.

He went above and beyond to look for a transmission for me and after we found one it took less than a week to complete everything was so fast I can't recommend pwi warranties enough. I will be purchasing a warranty from them for every car that I purchased from now on.

From a service writer's standpoint From a service writer's standpoint this is by far the best warranty company to work with. They are fast and friendly. Also unlike most warranty companies, with PWI I don't feel like I am talking to lawyers trying to trip me up so they don't have to cover something on our customers vehicles!
