Very good service; some minor areas for improvement Overall, I believe the service is great. I have recommended the service to others within my company already, and will certainly use it in the future if the opportunity arises. There are some minor areas for improvement: 1. The website tends to be extremely slow many times, even for logging in. 2. The price listed for the slower "economy" service was actually higher than the standard service, which did not make sense to me. 3. The transcriptions tend to lack punctuation very often. 4. I confirmed a few transcription errors when listening to parts of the recording that did not make much sense on the transcript.

Came through on a time sensitive project. TranscriptionWing helped us meet the deadline on a time sensitive project by transcribing recordings from our subject matter experts. This allowed us to create facilitation guides for a product training launch. The recordings were not that great but they did a good job with what they had to work with.

Good but not excellent I have had many recent audiofiles transcribed. They are good for internal purposes and we can get the gist of the audios so that we can write files BUT when we need to pull a significant amount of verbatims or forward on to a client that is where have an issue. It is like the files have been transcribed by computer program or at the very least not read for sense after the transcription is done. There are sentences which make no sense or words which are obviously wrong. So will use as an in-expensive and quick resource when using for my own team's internal reporting efforts but otherwise will go with more expensive vendor who reads over the transcripts to ensure they make sense.

Consistent and reliable I've been working with TranscriptionWing for the past 6-8 months, and the experience has been great.
