GBgreat transcripts with flexible turnaround times! Transcription wing does a GREAT job at transcripts. they take the time to look up the correct spellings for odd things mentioned by my research participants, and they work hard to produce accurate transcripts even when the audio recordings aren't ideal. I love that they offer flexible transcription turnaround times. Sometimes I need my transcripts in 24 hours and sometimes I don't need them for a week -- great to be able to enjoy a discount for normal turnaround so I can "splurge" on fast turnaround when I need it. very highly recommended!

GBTranscription Services TranscriptionWing provides a reliable service that I would use again if needed. I have only one critique. Transcriptionist have different styles when it comes to punctuation and grammar. If you have multiple files that need to be transcribed they may "read" differently due to varying punctuation styles of the transcribers.

GBDependant and consistant transcription service. I have used Transcription Wing multiple times and have been very pleased. Their prices are fair and they have always hit the turnarounds I asked of them. In addition, I have called TW on two occasions and customer service was both friendly and helpful.

GBMixed success I had 8 transcriptions from a series of focus groups with 6 participants transcribed. It was obvious that several people worked on them, as some followed the thread of the conversation and made an attempt to incorporate specific terms and references that were used over and over. The sessions were about customer service for tax filing and the transcription would be out in left field. e.g. "Respondent: I was on the train. Usually the tracks is closing over that. They reach out. She said 24 hours afterwards and then they remembered Adam." Even without context it makes no sense.

GBVery good service; some minor areas for improvement Overall, I believe the service is great. I have recommended the service to others within my company already, and will certainly use it in the future if the opportunity arises. There are some minor areas for improvement: 1. The website tends to be extremely slow many times, even for logging in. 2. The price listed for the slower "economy" service was actually higher than the standard service, which did not make sense to me. 3. The transcriptions tend to lack punctuation very often. 4. I confirmed a few transcription errors when listening to parts of the recording that did not make much sense on the transcript.
