Excellent Experience We've used TranscriptionWing for a couple of years, and they've always done an excellent job of transcribing our interviews for MT magazine. Mostly terrific I think most of our experience with TranscriptionWing has been very positive. There have been a few times when we've had to go through the transcripts and change some of the words used to what was actually said, and that's probably because we recognize the words used more...we're use to the lingo...i guess more than someone who is not familiar with our work and audience. But, the delivery service has always been exceptional and quite a few times we've received our orders before the date anticipated. And every time I've talked with anyone there it's been a very positive experience and they have been more than helpful.
