GBReplacement band for my 40 year old Rolex 16013 Received my replacement band for my 40 year old Rolex 16013. First thing I noticed was the made in Italy tag. Really was expecting from China. So that was a pleasant surprise. Received it yesterday evening. This morning I installed my original clasp and took out a link from each side for fit. On the inside of my old clasp it indicates it was 18k after the model number. So that is what I bought from you. After wearing this watch daily for 40 years the stretch and wear was such that it could not be repaired. I had just had my watch serviced so between that and bracelet pieces it looks and performs like it did when new. Would have bought a Rolex replacement but there was a year wait. Thought yours would get me by. Now I see no reason to get one from them. Even the stamping on the end is correct. Needless to say i am very pleased. Regards, Bill Rasmussen

GBOrdered a part that was defective Ordered a part that was defective. In my communications, they suggested some basic steps, which any person would have tried. In the long run, I returned the movement for a replacement, which they promptly sent. The replacement part was in fine shape. Had their email correspondence been more appropriate, I would have rated them 5 stars.

ESIncompetent shipping, unfriendly and unhelpful customer service *Update since posting this review they have replied blaming me for putting my wrong address. The arrogance and rudeness is unbelievable. I put the correct address if they bothered to check the original invoice they will see my unit number which THEY excluded from the shipping address. Outrageous customer service. Also they stated again shipping takes up to 45 days even though I’ve repeatedly stated it was way over that time BECAUSE they messed up the address. Incompetent shipping, item took 2 months to arrive. Why? Because they didn't enter my full address on the shipping manifest which I provided when I ordered. Unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When I contacted them after 50+ days of waiting they said "due to covid many packages are delayed so allow upto the full 45 days" I clearly stated I had waited 50+ days and in 2024 it's ridiculous they are still blaming covid for delays. In the end after 2 months of waiting my local postal company reached out to say the address they put down was incomplete. The item is correct but unforgivable mistake with the address and generic reply to my follow up email.

JPOperates like a scam. Operates like a scam. Order input details aren't in the cart. Confirmation email showed incorrect info. Email communications are short and rude. In the end, wrong style and size sent and no offer to fix it. Posting this as a warning to other customers. Bu from some other place.
