Excellent Product and Customer Service Purchased a $1500 diamond bezel from them and it was gorgeous. Retail stores were asking upwards of $4000. Great product, fast shipping and awesome communications. Had replies within 30minutes during business hours. Checked out there ebay store too and they have over 30,000+ positive feedback. So they are reputable, must of been just one of those customers "wes". Companies do make mistakes.

In the end, wrong style and size sent and no offer to fix it. Posting this as a warning to other customers. Bu from some other place.

Terrific Customer Service Have made 5-6 purchases over the years with them and every experience has been flawless. A couple of items have needed to be exchanged due to some issues, and each time they promptly responded to my email and remediated the issue by sending me replacements. One of the issues included the color of an insert being different from what was pictured on their website. They quickly offered to send me a different insert at no cost and told me not to worry about sending the original one back to them. Says a lot about a company when something goes wrong and they take care of you. I'll continue to return to Ewatchparts.

In the long run, I returned the movement for a replacement, which they promptly sent. The replacement part was in fine shape. Had their email correspondence been more appropriate, I would have rated them 5 stars.
