GBThey can't figure out how to configure… They can't figure out how to configure the database to include my MLS in NJ. They stated that GSMLS is covered but it remained to be seen. I have been calling on the daily bases for the last 3 days No Luck. I was told the salesperson is not on her desk, But it has been 5 hrs since and no one can get in touch with her. They shouldn't offer that service with alamode if they can't provide it. Alamode is a great company and they should not allow such low service company on their platform

GBData master has been a life saver Data master has been a life saver. Cut a full 2 hours off of my report completion process. I say to all Appraisers out there, you have to get data master. If you already use some other data entry service, just try data master, their prices are unbeatable from my experience and will really help you. Their customer service is also stellar!

GBData Master is great, but... Data Master is great, but...! The key is, it saves you time and helps to create accuracy. The only issue I've had is the 1004MC. The good news is that at some point it won't be required by lenders, but I do NOT want to see it disappear in Data Master as it's valuable for determining some adjustments like time and differences in neighborhood values (Location adjustments). Depending on the settings, it can give conflicting results in the "listing" results when compared with other 1004MC programs like ARMLS.

GBpeople are great people are great program terrible doesn't integrate with Bright/mls as it did with Trend/mls spoke at length about the problem and apparently because I do not have a higher status thru bright it will not integrate with datamaster. Not willing to pay excessive fees so will find another program.

GBWhen adding comparables to a report the… When adding comparables to a report the entire first page of entrees vanishes. This make datamaster worthless as it takes more time to re type the first page of report. SFREP is my software.
