The return policy is another fruad They sent me a wrong item that I need to return it, and the policy says if you are asking for a refund, you need to get confirmation from the company before you sent the item back. I asked for a refund and sent emails, tens of emails, and they never replied... I am thinking they are sending me the wrong item on purpose

Uniform was guaranteed to be in for first game if ordered by Aug 5. I ordered 2 different team uniform kits. One is ready but they won't ship because other kit is missing socks. Hope Never to Do Business with WGS Ever Again When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days." It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday. In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday? If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.

We Got (NO) Soccer Uniforms You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

4+months to get cleats after soccer season is done. Ordered cleats and received them 4 months later after soccer season was done. The box was completely destroyed. Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.
