We Got (NO) Soccer Uniforms You may have soccer, but you definitely don’t have soccer uniforms. Promise was 3-5 weeks for a uniform kit, been over 7 weeks and still hasn’t even shipped. Asked to cancel and be refunded the $100 and was told sorry not possible. Definitely need to address that policy. Whether it’s custom order or not, I’m not paying for a uniform that my kid will wear for 1-2 games! Unacceptable

Hope Never to Do Business with WGS Ever Again When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days." It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday. In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday? If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.

I just wanted to comment on how good my… I just wanted to comment on how good my experience was with this company. I was a bit hesitant as there was so many bad reviews about quality of service but it was the only place I could find the goalie jersey for my daughter. I ordered it on Friday 8/25 and it was at my house by Monday 8/28. So I definitely will order from them again!

Terrible experience with return I returned an item (which of course I had to mail back myself at my own expense). The tracking showed it had been delivered to them two weeks ago at that point and I still did not receive a refund or any acknowledgment of receipt. I had to email multiple times to get a response and eventually a refund. Replied and said it should not be my job to micromanage my refund and that I was unhappy with my experience, and once again was ignored. These people are just jerks.

I’ve had a terrible experience with… I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered uniforms for my children two months ago, and have not seen any portion of those uniforms yet. My children paid for these uniforms with their own money, and they have now played several games each without the uniforms that they paid for. Yet, this company refuses to offer even a partial refund.
