I was looking for soccer jerseys and… I was looking for soccer jerseys and stumbled upon WeGotSoccer. They were selling a 2017-2018 Bayern Munich Jersey for only $9.99 (original price of $90). I was a bit skeptical since other sites were selling the same jersey for a lot more. Upon reading several online reviews, I was a bit hesitant to purchase from WeGotSoccer. They did have physical store locations, so I was assured that this store wasn't a complete scam. Nonetheless, I decided to test my luck and bought the jersey, since it was so cheap. Rest assured, I got the item within a week, through USPS. That being said, I'm not sure whether I'm one the few lucky customers that was able to get their item on time or what, but for the speed of delivery, and for the price I got this jersey for, I'm going to give them 5 stars.

4+months to get cleats after soccer season is done. Ordered cleats and received them 4 months later after soccer season was done. The box was completely destroyed. Customer service, Devin, was very nice and knowledgable but the company policies stink. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. So not only have they had my $90 this whole time but now I get to pay for shipping again.

Poor return policy They don't have a customer-friendly return policy on cleats. WeGotSoccer only allows returns of brand new cleats. There is no way for a player to experience the true fit and performance of the cleats, besides just trying them in the store. My daughter wore her Nike AG Elite cleats for 1 training session and they gave her severe blisters (unlike any other pair). But because she wore them for 90 minutes, they will not take them back. I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted an exchange. Extremely poor return policy compared to its peers. For those looking for better return policies: Soccer.com has a 30 day, no questions asked, train and play in the cleats and return them for any reason. I've also returned cleats to Dick's because they were not comfortable after playing in them.

Slow shipping, inadequate/canned customer response. Slow prep, shipping and same old story from customer rep. Ordered 1 month and 10 days ago, estimated 3-5 weeks shipment. 8 days ago I requested updated ETA and was told 5-10 business days. I called again today and got the same "canned response" of 1-2 weeks. Seems like that's their typical response. Games start this weekend and we have nothing! I wish we had another option to get uniforms.

Hope Never to Do Business with WGS Ever Again When we ordered two jerseys 12 days ago, the invoice assured us it would ship in "3 business days." It is now Wednesday. My son has a tournament starting Friday. In response to an email sent today, they first responded that it would ship NEXT week. Then, in response to a phone call, they said it had shipped TODAY. Then, in response to a followup question, they said that, well, the USPS will be picking it up sometime this afternoon. Estimated time of delivery . . . maybe Saturday? If given a choice, I will NEVER do business with this fly-by-night outfit again.
