GBThe irritation not worth any savings Horrible customer service results in a horrible process. I chose to use PetMeds for convenience, savings, and to save time. Instead I waste time trying to correct things they messed up. I have orders not on autoship appear without placing them. My vet is constantly called about these orders I never placed. They cancel or change orders I actually did place without my knowledge or permission. When I think I finally got it all cleared up, my orders are somehow changed and messed up again. I want to cancel but my prescription is already on the way to them and I can't get another to take my business elsewhere. In the end, it's the fur-babies that are affected when they can't properly get their meds.

GBIf it's important DO NOT USE PETMED Do you like a company that takes no responsibility for their mistakes? Does not follow up with you? Is two weeks late just to ship something hats life altering for your pet? Get strong armed by customer service when you contact them that refuses to provide any kind of information when you call in for a status update and like children just blamed you for their poor service? 1800petmeds is for you! It took 2 weeks just to get them to print a label for my order and an addition week just to get it into shipping. I'm absolutely livid and they just threatened to cancel my order when I asked for. Status update?!!

GBI’m a long time customer but no longer I’m a long time customer but no longer. Placed an order today for refills for my pet’s routine meds. Next thing I know, I’m enrolled & being contacted by a 3rd party entity called Vetster because of Petmeds sharing my information.

GBPromo code scam I used a promo code for my last 2 orders that was promoted on the website to get a discount on my bulk order. They only send partial shipments of my last 2 orders, therefore not giving me bulk pricing for the items I did receive. I feel scammed and there was zero transparency. I submitted an email to customer service and never got a response.

GBZERO INTEGRITY. A MILLION EXCUSES The company is plagued by poor financial performance and technical issues. A recent "system-wide upgrade" canceled customer's Auto-Ship meds so customers who were expecting a shipment didn't get it. Rather than owning up and proactively informing customers of the error they simply waited for customers to figure it out on their own and call. Once calls started their Support team could not keep up with calls and it created a backlog of orders that caused more delays. Any company can experience technical issues however not being honest and proactively disclosing the issue to your bread-and-butter customers (autoship) shows a lack of integrity at the highest levels of management. Once trust is gone, especially for a pharmacy, bankruptcy is next.
