GBCalled their call center to order meds… Called their call center to order meds for my pet and got a rep in a call center in Africa. Since they got acquired by PetCareRx this past January for 36 million dollars their customer service has been awful. Long wait times, phone service interruptions and customer service reps who don't speak English that well. I'll be using Chewy now for all my pet needs.

GBGreat customer service experience! My $300+ order was shipped to the wrong address (the website didn’t save the new address I had input at checkout) so I called expecting to have to put my hackles up to get it sent to the correct one. The rep I spoke with though was AMAZING! I just explained the situation and he said they’ll reship a new order to the correct address with overnight shipping. PLUS there’s no robot you have to deal with before talking to an actual person and the wait time before he answered was less than two minutes! Such a great experience; I highly recommend :)

GBPoor service, slow shipping I used an online app that partners with this company to provide prescriptions for your pet. Unfortunately the vet don’t send prescriptions to pharmacy. I paid to expedite shipping due to my cat condition needing to be treated right away. The prescription order was placed on Thursday night and it’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting. My cat condition got a lot worse. I texted yesterday with customer service and it was not useful. At least they should have refund me what I paid for the 2nd day shipping. If I knew this in advance I would have taken my sick cat to the urgent care instead. I don’t have the extra money to do that now. My poor baby is going blind. UPS is also to blame and that’s why I’m giving this company 2 stars.

GBgreat customer services great customer services. I switched my dog's prescription from Chewy to PetMeds. Chewy cancelled my order without notify me. They couldn't obtain the prescription from my Clinic. I called 3 times to them and one time to my clinic. Chewy's system couldn't update the clinic information which I was surprised. It's just so pleasant to talk to PetMeds customer service representatives! Keep up the good work!

GBAVOID! Use your vet or chewy. Please avoid this place at all costs. I thought it would be convenient to have my pet's meds sent directly to me instead of going to the vet. Shipped late, got lost during shipment and finally arrived. I need an invoice to submit to my pet insurance. After numerous emails, chats and phone calls, they have yet to give me an invoice. You cannot generate one off their website. Every single time I talk to them they tell me I'll have it in a few days. Now weeks have past. Also, emails were never replied to, chat and phone calls to usually over 1/2 hour to get through. I called Chewy.com. They answer their phones with no wait. I can actually generate an invoice right on the website. Petmeds are scammers as far as I'm concerned. Get your meds from your vet or chewy.
