Good customer service I had an initial negative experience since I was sent the wrong part and could not make contact to receive help. However, Billy reached out and took care of my issue with exceptional customer service. Thank you for making the "right"!

I was overcharged in shipping …. I was overcharged in shipping ….. A Bessler staff member called me and explained I was overcharged and they would reimburse me …… in my opinion this is over and beyond taking care of their customers….. Thank you !! Will definitely use them in the future!!

Transmission issue Buy at your own RISK! I purchased a Korean built C/V trans. for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. I provided him the vin for the vehicle. Seller substituted a Japan built trans. for my Korean built vehicle. I informed seller of mix up before install, but Corey assured me that the trans. was interchangeable. So we installed the trans and programmed the car but it would not move. Per Nissan dealer, they informed me the transmissions are NOT interchangeable. I installed a rebuilt Nissan trans. works great. Yes they issued refund for trans. but I am out $2000 for labor and programming for there substitution of first transmission. Not impressed!!!
