GBI literally gasped when I pulled the… I literally gasped when I pulled the first pair of earrings from the cute little bag they were packaged in! The quality and design of the pieces was above and beyond my expectations - how will I ever decide which ones to wear?!?!? The attention to detail & amazing customer service has been nothing short of exceptional. I am so happy to have found a woman-owned business to support that offers outstanding products and service! GBGot burned by customer support I’ve been a customer for a few years and they have great products however I got burned by customer support and I can’t shop there anymore. Tl;dr you won’t get your money back or a replacement order if anything goes wrong with shipping. I placed an order in mid Feb and it was shipped out promptly. The issue is even though the package was marked as delivered at Feb 20 at 5:15pm, it was not actually there - I checked at 5:30pm. I double checked the next morning and again, the package wasn’t there. I then flew out of town for vacation. Upon returning from my trip, I TRIPLE checked and again. Not there. So I reached out to their customer support. To say the least, they were not very helpful and did not show much empathy. I explained my situation and they sent me a generic response to wait 3-4 days. I already did that! I asked for a replacement order, alternatively a refund. They denied both. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and they lied in their argument. They put the blame on me going on vacation and then not being able to locate the package upon my return. This doesn’t make sense. If it was actually delivered the day before I left town, then I would have received it. For context, I work from home so I keep a close eye on any expected packages. My complex also locks and secures each unit’s mailbox. Meaning if the package was actually delivered to my mailbox, then it would be there. Net net, I never got my package and I can’t get my money back. Shop at your own risk because apparently as a consumer you’re now responsible for the mistakes that a courier that the merchant picks makes.
