GBThe New Benchmark in Customer Service I bought the Check-In Closet Medium and took it out for its maiden voyage. United Airlines did a fantastic job of beating it up and busting the framework to the point it would no longer latch. After going through the exhaustive claims process with United, they offered a inferior product replacement that I had no interest in. I reached out to Solgaard who worked with me to replace the suitcase as part of the lifetime warranty. Blew me away! The service was exceptional and now I am purchasing yet another bag.

GBGreat products and customer service We have 5 of the Solgaard suitcases. We love them and have recommended to everyone. There was a small issue with one of the suitcases and I sent in the info.
