Lyza did a great job of communicating with me and has sent out a replacement part. I looking forward to receiving it so I can continue to use this great piece of luggage.

GBBroken strap on closet! I was packing for a 10 day vacay to Florida and on to my Grandsons graduation. The strap broke on my closet, I contacted Solgaard. They got some info and are sending me a new closet. No questions asked. Great customer service!!

GBGreat products and customer service We have 5 of the Solgaard suitcases. We love them and have recommended to everyone. There was a small issue with one of the suitcases and I sent in the info. The response was quick and efficient. Nate did a great job and handled the issue completely. Highly recommend the products and the company service levels.

CAI had an issue with the handle and… I had an issue with the handle and contacted Solgaard and they promptly addressed the issue and sent me a replacement bag. I highly recommend their bags and customer service.

GBCannot speak highly of Solgaard… Cannot speak highly of Solgaard customer service (rep: Nate) enough! I love their products but their customer service is what I talk about even more. I had an issue with one of my suitcases and Nate expedited the delivery of a replacement before the (fast-approaching) date of my next trip. He was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and generous.
