First trip with their carry on bag and… First trip with their carry on bag and one of the cinch straps for the closet ripped right out of the top of it. Customer service in a few short email exchanges has setup for a new one to be sent. I was able to travel and use the closet, minus the strap, effectively and really like the suitcase overall. Hopefully the replacement won't take months.

A brand I can trust with products to back it up Between their products being sturdy, eco-friendly, functional, and top notch customer service, I’ve never had a bad experience with any of their products. I’m a proud owner of both their Carry-On Closet and their Lifepack Endeavor and I don’t see myself going back to any other brand when it comes to travel needs. No more checked bags (and the chaos that brings with connecting flights) and I’m more organized than ever when I travel.

I purchased a Solgaard products. I purchased a Solgaard Lifepack Endeavor and Carry-On Closet on May 2, 2023, and I absolutely love the backpack and luggage's quality, design, and convenience. Only yesterday, after the luggage closet inserts ripped, did I realize there was no way I could or would go back in time and travel with regular old luggage. Especially after Nate from Solgaard processed my warranty claim within a few hours of me emailing Solgaard support.

Excelllent concept. Great support. I really like the design concept and have put it to the test in four different pieces including three suitcases and a backpack. I have had a couple straps break on the closets but Solgaard support was accessible and responsive. They made it right.

Awesome Backpack and Customer Service!! I picked up the Lifepack Endeavor Backpack a year ago. Excellent bag which I use daily on my commute to the office as well as on all of my work and leisure trips. Extremely durable and practical bag with the ability to expand which really comes in handy when it's the choice between having to select an entirely different piece of luggage. I ran into a minor issue with the backpack due to wear and tear and had an excellent customer service experience. The team was very responsive and worked with me until the issue was resolved. Highly recommend the company if you're looking for a backpack for daily use or travel.
