GBGLAD I SPENT $100 for a confirmation email and no product This company straight up took the money out of my account for my order (with expedited shipping costs) sent me a confirmation and then I heard nothing else from them. I have tried contacting them by phone and email several times and have heard nothing back going on 3 weeks now. Avoid at all costs! Just want my order or my money back.

GBHave tried multiple times to contact… Have tried multiple times to contact company to return the dog harness as the harness pulls off my small dog easily leaving me with a run away Lhasa. Have not received a return email or contact on how to return this item.

GBI returned a Clickit Sport safety harness for a larger size To my dismay I had not sized my order for the Clickit Sport safety harness correctly. I filled out the 'return request' on-line and requested the next larger size. A response from Petswag was received within several hours. I was informed that the next larger size was being sent out immediately with a return label for the smaller size in the mailing. The dog is now riding about sporting his new safety harness and I'm pleased I had such a hassle free interaction from Petswag.

GBGood prices, poor customer service. I was promised expedited shipping (if it was possible) because of delay in availability of items from distributor. If that wasn't possible, I was told that they would work to delay shipping so that the items wouldn't be sitting around delivered for the two weeks we'd be on vacation. Instead I got a shipping notice that the items would in fact arrive during our vacation. I got no follow up re: the earlier promises. I sent two further emails about this but got no response. Then I tried to call several times but t heir customer service always goes to voice mail.

GBGood quality item, but customer service could be improved I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.
