GBGreat product Good experience with Petswag..the product was not available when promised but good communication regarding late shipment was appreciated..I would do business with them again! We ordered the car safety harness, Clickit..haven't tried it out yet, but judging on the great reviews it will work out great!

GBExtremely poor service Extremely poor service! I ordered an interactive dog ball on 11/07/22 for a Christmas present. Ordered plenty early for this. I used PayPal since I hadn’t purchased from this company prior to this. I contacted the company myself & thru PayPal several times before Xmas & now after. Each time I get the standard “ congratulations, it’s on the way” reply email but the product never arrives. This AM I contacted them again, for the fifth time per email. This time, I no longer care about the ball but want my $21.98 refunded ASAP. Still doubtful they will follow through & I will have to take further action. Please don’t waste your money on this scam.

GBInadequate Customer Service I purchased a Found My Animal rope leash to replace one that we've had for a couple of years. (We love them and own 3.) The diameter on the one we received is half that of the others, and the box says this is supposed to be a large. I've contacted customer service multiple times and continue to reach their voicemail. My messages have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I will not be making any future purchases with Petswag, nor will I be recommending them to our friends and family.

GBBought two items. I purchased a Sleepy Pod Utility. Had some problems left two messages. No return call. Returned over a week ago no response. Purchased another Sleepy Pod Sport. I hope I don't have a problem. Customer Service isn't what I would expect. Need assistance. Thank you, Byron

GBDidn't receive an item, no response I ordered and paid for two items as Christmas presents for my sister and her dog. One of the gifts arrived on time, but the second item (a collar) was not in the package and not listed on the receipt in the box, despite being on my online receipt and being charged for the item. I called the customer service line, got not response and left a voicemail. I also emailed the customer service address and got no response. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of response has been unacceptable.
