Great company to deal with! The seat belt I ordered for Harry (yellow lab) was on backorder; however, I was kept in the loop on inventory delivery, shipment dates, had all of my questions answered, and finally received my Sleepy Pod as scheduled. The product was relatively easy to use, worked as indicated, and kept Harry from jumping over seats! Great company to give business to!

Have tried multiple times to contact… Have tried multiple times to contact company to return the dog harness as the harness pulls off my small dog easily leaving me with a run away Lhasa. Have not received a return email or contact on how to return this item.

Trouble service Trouble with service, they do not response to emails regarding returns. There is NO PHONE NUMBER. THE FAKE NUMBERS ON LINE GOES TO SOME SURVEY!! Good luck trying to return an item or exchanging it for the correct size because they don't give you a return address or any information in the post and just don't respond!!!!! Very disappointed. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. ALSO THE DOG HARNESS IS A BAD DESIGN AND CHOKES OUR DOG. That's why was trying to return it. Still NO answer from an email and no phone contact number. So out $40. I guess?

Good quality item, but customer service could be improved I ordered a Jax & Bones bed for one of my daughter's dogs knowing the site said delivery would be the end of January. I had to contact customer service Jan. 31st to ask what happened to delivery of my order as there was no notification about shipment. Only then was I informed the item was not in stock & there would be further delay. I was told to expect delivery one day after it's shipped from the manufacturer by midweek Wed. Waited for notice of delivery but no dog bed Friday or Saturday, so had to contact customer service again to ask what happened. Although the dog bed was finally delivered, I'd probably order from another store next time.
