Extremely poor service Extremely poor service! I ordered an interactive dog ball on 11/07/22 for a Christmas present. Ordered plenty early for this. I used PayPal since I hadn’t purchased from this company prior to this. I contacted the company myself & thru PayPal several times before Xmas & now after. Each time I get the standard “ congratulations, it’s on the way” reply email but the product never arrives. This AM I contacted them again, for the fifth time per email. This time, I no longer care about the ball but want my $21.98 refunded ASAP. Still doubtful they will follow through & I will have to take further action. Please don’t waste your money on this scam.

Good prices, poor customer service. I was promised expedited shipping (if it was possible) because of delay in availability of items from distributor. If that wasn't possible, I was told that they would work to delay shipping so that the items wouldn't be sitting around delivered for the two weeks we'd be on vacation. Instead I got a shipping notice that the items would in fact arrive during our vacation. I got no follow up re: the earlier promises. I sent two further emails about this but got no response. Then I tried to call several times but t heir customer service always goes to voice mail.

Inadequate Customer Service I purchased a Found My Animal rope leash to replace one that we've had for a couple of years. (We love them and own 3.) The diameter on the one we received is half that of the others, and the box says this is supposed to be a large. I've contacted customer service multiple times and continue to reach their voicemail. My messages have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I will not be making any future purchases with Petswag, nor will I be recommending them to our friends and family.

Great company to deal with! The seat belt I ordered for Harry (yellow lab) was on backorder; however, I was kept in the loop on inventory delivery, shipment dates, had all of my questions answered, and finally received my Sleepy Pod as scheduled. The product was relatively easy to use, worked as indicated, and kept Harry from jumping over seats! Great company to give business to!

Disappointed I ordered 2 different dog collars with credit card. Only one arrived, without explanation or contact from the company. When I emailed them to tell them that only one collar arrived, the response was that the other collar is out of stock and they do not know why this merchandise was still on the website. They refunded money for that collar to credit card, but... do you send part of what was ordered with no explanation or no action ? Really?
