GBKevin rocks! I recently ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe Station. I was missing an order so I called the store in Columbus, GA which was on all three packages I had received. The manager on duty was named Kevin. He was kin, patient and genuinely concerned about the shipment I was missing. He said he would call back and let me know what he could find out since I had ordered online. To my excitement, he called me back by the end of business. Yes, he found the package and gave me the date it would arrive. More importantly, he honored his word. He has not only earned my continued business but my referrals to all friends and family.

GBNeed more customer service employees Need more customer service employees. I did not have anyone to help me locate things that I needed. I had to ask for help to reach shoes from the top shelf after waiting several minutes. I then had to look for help myself for other helpers to bring a step ladder to help.

GBYour staff is unfriendly and lazy Your staff is unfriendly and lazy. I asked for help finding ugg boots and was pointed in the direction and told over there. I asked about a shoe size and the staff looked at me like I had a third eye and said “I don’t know” and went back what she was doing. I overheard staff complaining about wearing free product they were being given to wear in their hair to promote sales.

GBI'm always nervous ordering from a site… I'm always nervous ordering from a site that I've never purchased from before but the positive reviews on trustpilot made me feel at ease. Not only did they have hard to find shoes in stock, but I received them in less than a week. I'm very impressed. I will be returning to this site in the future =)
